Back to school...we’re learning Russian! Our local community college offers courses in Russian which we plan to sign up for in the fall. For now we’re using various resources from the library including Rosetta Stone software, the Russian Penguin book, and Ultimate Russian CD. Below is the course description from the course catalog:
RUS 101 - Beginning Russian I
Course develops basic language skills, within the context of Russian culture. Content includes pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, reading, listening comprehension and oral and written communication. No prior study of the language presumed.
