We had a garage half-full of items after
our successful garage sale earlier this month. After some consideration we decided to pass on the remaining items to another family who is also having a garage sale to raise money for their adoption. Through the other adoption blogs I found a family in Tennessee who is raising money for their adoption. Tennessee?!? Yes,
David and Amy from TN are having a garage sale this weekend in the Chicago area. Amy has family in the area that is helping them with the sale. Today, they came to our home to pick up the stuff. Many thanks to all who donated for our sale. Know that some of your items may have helped another family as well.

We were SO blessed by your donation, and still amazed at how God connects people. We can't believe you guys found us! Thank you again! We passed the leftovers from our sale onto an organization based in Wheaton, IL (Stuff for the Poor) that collects gently used items and sends them to Africa. It's a really cool thing they have going, and they were thrilled to receive the donation. So the gift keeps giving! - Amy (and David)
