We have been updating many of our legal documents as we prepare to add another member to our family. Living trust? Disregarded entity? This sounds like fun, I know. Christopher S. Nudo graduated from Creighton University, Omaha, Nebraska in 1989, with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration concentrating in Finance and Marketing. In 1993, he received his Juris Doctor Degree, with Honors, in the area of Sales and Negotiable Instruments from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Christopher's practice focuses on estate planning, transactional law, and loan documentation.
